Charter Broker and Referral Role
Crystallized Ventures coordinates introductions and charter opportunities with independent operator companies and aircraft owners. Crystallized Ventures is not an air carrier and does not operate aircraft.
FAA Part 135 Operations
Air transportation is provided by independent FAA-certificated air carriers operating under 14 CFR Part 135. The operating carrier retains operational control of each flight.
Compensation
Crystallized Ventures may be compensated by participating operator companies or aircraft owners in connection with charter arrangements. Clients may request details of any business relationship between Crystallized Ventures and the operating carrier for their flight.
